Debi Diamond

Debi Diamond grew up in California and was a self proclaimed tomboy. She attended acting school and tried breaking into Hollywood through a series of small roles as a teenager on shows like The Dukes of Hazard, Fall Guy, and Knight Rider. She never gained much footing, however, claiming that she was constantly pressured to sleep with agents and nobody took her seriously. At 17 years old she became the personal assistant to producer Bob Evans who then introduced her to photographer Helmut Newton. Newton would later feature Diamond in several of his volumes of photography in the 80's. And when her acting career in mainstream media didn't take off, she turned to adult films instead.

After intense pressure from family, Diamond quit the business in 1985. She married a porn actor she had met on set, and became a legal secretary before moving to Las Vegas and working as a beverage waitress. She tried to enter acting once again but found her former porn career made that almost impossible. She continued to work as a nude model in adult magazines and was eventually persuaded to return to making movies in 1989.

Diamond would work continually through the 1990s and early 2000s, developing a reputation as a true porn legend. After taking some time off in the mid 00s, she returned in 2008 with her second transformation. She got her first boob job in her early 40s going from an A cup to DD. She now concentrated on MILF roles including opening her own production company. This phase of her career would last until her final retirement in 2013 after four decades in the adult industry.

Diamond's first performance in an adult film was in the 1982 film Suze's Centerfolds when she was only 17 and underage although she did not have sex.
