Brittany Andrews retired in 2008, was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame, and then decided to resume her career in 2010. Which now includes posts to her own site BrittanyAndrews, and her OnlyFans account.

Andrews worked in a Milwaukee beauty supply company before starting her career as an exotic dancer. After doing photo shoots for men's magazines, she began her career in adult films after meeting JennaJameson in 1995, during a photo shoot for Hustler magazine in Jamaica. Jameson gave her the number of the owner of Vivid, and he immediately signed her to do her first movie. This would be the start of a legendary 30-plus-year career. She began her career with a C cup, then went to a D cup, before her last surgery to an F cup. She also had a number of cosmetic surgeries on her nose and face in the 2010s and 2020s.

Andrews retired from porn in 2008. She returned to the business in 2010 to star in the adult film Sex and the City: A XXX Parody and was now an established MILF performer. Her career has spanned the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and now 2020s.

Andrews did several girl/girl scenes with Jenna Jameson, who had helped break her into the business. Andrews said these were her favorite scenes since the two were very much attracted to each other and were also lovers offscreen for a period of time in the mid 90s.
